Do you suffer from severe plantar fasciitis and can’t seem to find a single pair of comfortable Chelsea boots? Finding a pair of Chelsea boots that provides good support and can fit your unique foot shape at the same time it can be a time-consuming and frustrating experience, especially if you have a “complex” foot shape such as narrow or wide feet. I will show you a selection of the most comfortable Chelsea boots for women with plantar fasciitis, but first, let me show you what makes the Chelsea boots that I recommend ideal for women who suffer from heel pain.
What Makes the Chelsea Boots I Recommend a Good Choice for Women with PF?
A pair of good, supportive boots can help cushion and protect your heels, minimizing the impact that your heels take every time it comes in contact with the ground. The Chelsea boots that I recommend provide targeted cushion and support right below the heels. Take a look at the image below for better visualization purposes:
Do You Have a “Complex” Foot Shape?
Some women in addition to having heel pain have “complicated” foot shapes such as long, slender toes, high arches, high insteps, a wide base, or a narrow short heel… you name it! Some other women who visit the shoe store had short toes, flat feet, and quad heels!
All of the Chelsea boots that I recommend are capable of accommodating different foot shapes such as narrow, medium, or wide feet. Just take a look at the description below each of the boots that I recommend to find out if that specific model can accommodate your foot shape.
With that said, if you are unsure about your exact foot length and shape you should take advantage of a free resource I created:

Should You Fit an Orthotic Inside the Boots for Extra Support?
I suggest that you first try the boots without any orthotics and give it at least a month before you decide to fit an orthotic for extra support. If after wearing the boots for a month you still experience heel pain and believe that you can benefit from wearing an orthotic, simply remove the original insoles of the boots and place your orthotic inside the boots.
If you are unsure about which orthotic works best for helping treat Plantar Fasciitis I suggest that you take a look at the article below:
