Do I Recommend Ugg Boots? – Find the Answer Below

I do recommend Ugg boots, as long as you or you wear them for what they are, a fashion item. These boots are “comfort” not “performance footwear.” Just because the brand name boot is better constructed doesn’t mean you can wear them for long periods of time.

I don’t recommend wearing Ugg boots for more than 4 hours a day.

All of these fashion boots will not provide you with the control, cushion or support that a person who is standing or walking needs unless you wear them with an insert that provides arch and ankle support.

I understand that spending between $120 to $180 for a pair of fashion boots is not in all women’s budgets, but in some cases, they end up buying them. For many women, sometimes it becomes a matter of being in style and they put as priority glamour instead of actual foot comfort.

On the other hand, I have seen women that wait for a sale, or for a particular style to be out of season, hence finding it a lot cheaper.

Uggs are fashionable shoes, and that’s how they should be worn. As long as you were them for a few hours a day and you don’t use them for high-impact movements, they will not harm you.

In addition, if you are a woman experiencing foot issues, I recommend you to buy good, supportive footwear. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t wear the shoes you like! For example, there is a type of insert that fits inside the Ugg boots that will allow you to wear them for longer periods of time. These inserts come with a built-in arch and a heel cup that provides arch and ankle support.

Will these inserts make Ugg boots more supportive? Certainly Yes! This means you can wear them for longer periods of time, but you should still wear the sneakers when doing more intense activities.
